Seriously disappointed for the late pick up charges, im a newly joined Gold member and this is 1st time late for 25 min only due to heavy jam n heavy rain, I did called early to inform but your company insist to charge for the RM50 without any chance to negotiate and just ask me wait for your supervisor to call, okay I'm waiting... Good luck and good earning to u if this is the way for u to earn money!

Great, clean and well-equipped place for furkids. I wish they have staffs around the clock because the furkids are left alone at night from 7pm to next morning 10am. Next to it is a car workshop. Dangerous to leave the pets alone.

A place worth bringing your furkid. Excellent warm services by staff. And the place is truly suitable and trustworthy to leave your pet for boarding. Comfortable clean and balanced between play and overnight stay. 👍👍👍

First time visit for pet swimming pool, would expect more actually from Cocomomo as the picture on their galery shows nicely. The shower area don't have hanger for clother or towel and there's clogging in waterways.They provide towel, however you should check the towels first, as I found 1 towel is not in proper condition to be used. When we visit the indoor park, there's no light and aircond is switched off.Anyway it decent pool for ur fur kids.

Disgustingly greedy management that charges a 50% surcharge for 2019 CNY at RM75 per night! And even on normal days, it's already expensive and the video updates are uncertain, depending on the management's whims and fancy ... sometimes included, sometimes not!
